By accessing and using the NexiJoyFLP platform or booking our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice to the customer. NexiJoyFLP shall not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise our right to modify or discontinue the service.
Bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will arrange a re-clean of the unsatisfactory areas free of charge.
While we take the utmost care in your home or office, NexiJoyFLP limits liability for damages to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are fully insured and bonded.
